2. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the website (e.g., €69 for a Visual Starter Set) may change at any time.

Payment is required before delivery of final visuals unless otherwise agreed.

3. Delivery

Visual sets are typically delivered within 24–48 hours unless a different timeline is discussed.

4. Usage Rights

Clients receive full commercial usage rights for all final visuals delivered.

Raw files, prompts, or working files remain the property of Made by AI Studio unless explicitly included.

5. Revisions

Each package includes the number of revisions specified in the service description.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of creative and digital work, refunds are not available after the delivery of any final files.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure they have the rights to any branding materials (logos, packaging designs, product photos) they provide.
